Mr. V. K. Patodia who belongs from a family of businessmen was never prepared to be a successor but decided the path of career upliftment with basic stages of handson experience gradually rising from the stage of working as a shop floor engineer and rising the ranks and learning along his career. During his journey, the man ventured into manufacturing of lv electrical control panels, epc of substations/ transmission lines / rural electrification / small hydro power and has grown the brand to almost every part of india and spreading its wings into 19 countries and growing rapidly.
In the year of 2011 there was a realization that the work should not happen only for momentary gains but shall also have a contribution for the upliftment of society. Building on this moto of corporate social responsibility, under the patronage of the founder; the company ventured into renewable energy and took up epc for small hydro power projects. As a part of the epc contracts, the company forayed into development and setup of small healthcare centers, school buildings, drinking water projects and planting of trees as a part of social responsibility & contribution to the society.
Now putting further emphasis on the same motto, the company has decided to take a plunge into providing green, renewable, sustainable and affordable energy for one and all. Sungreen power shall now devote itself into developing renewable projects and first focus shall be given to solar and sustainable solutions followed by many more.
